1. No Return Policy

As all our products are custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns once the order has been confirmed and delivered.

2. 7-Day Replacement Guarantee

We offer a 7-day replacement policy only for products that are:

• Received in damaged condition
• Incorrect item sent
• Manufacturing defect

In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

3. How to Request a Replacement

To request a replacement, email us at info@makeartstore.in or WhatsApp us with your order ID and issue details. Our team will review and guide you through the process.

4. Conditions for Replacement

• Product must be unused and in original packaging
• Replacement request must be raised within 7 days
• We reserve the right to reject requests with insufficient proof or after the 7-day window

5. Refunds

Refunds are not applicable as we only offer replacements in eligible cases.
